This policy applies to all approved trade customers purchasing from Core Trading UK Ltd.
Delivery Information
UK Delivery
We provide nationwide UK delivery to approved trade accounts.
Delivery timeframes are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability and order volume.
Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmed payment, subject to stock availability.
Tracking details will be provided once goods are dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Backorders & Stock Availability
Where items are temporarily unavailable, customers will be notified prior to dispatch.
Backordered goods will be dispatched once stock is available. Core Trading UK Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel orders where stock cannot be fulfilled.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:

Bank transfer (BACS)

Approved card payments
Payment on account may be available for established trade customers subject to credit approval.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
Returns Policy (Trade Accounts Only)
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are considered final except in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of damaged goods

Description of issue
Where goods are confirmed as damaged or faulty, we will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Supply (Our Error)
If incorrect goods are supplied, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange collection and replacement where applicable.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect ordering by customer

Slow resale
-
Overstock situations
Wholesale transactions are business-to-business supply agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Core Trading UK Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed delivery or stock shortages.
Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
