Welcome to Core Trading UK.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Core Trading UK. We operate this website and related services (the “Services”) for the supply of products on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only.

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

This website is intended exclusively for business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection legislation, including distance selling regulations and cooling-off periods, does not apply.

SECTION 1 – ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access wholesale pricing and place orders, customers must apply for a trade account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete business information, including:

  • Business name

  • Registered address

  • VAT number (if applicable)

  • Contact details

We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, assigned, or shared without written permission.

SECTION 2 – WHOLESALE TERMS

2.1 Pricing

Wholesale pricing is provided on a trade basis and may vary by product, category, order volume, or promotional period.

All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Minimum Order Value

All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value of £200 (excluding VAT and shipping).

Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order placement unless alternative written payment terms have been agreed.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer.

Orders will not be processed until cleared payment has been received.

2.4 VAT and Tax

UK wholesale customers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate.

EU wholesale customers with a valid VAT number may qualify for reverse charge where applicable.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.

2.5 Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Minimum order value: £200 (ex VAT)

  • Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders over £500 (ex VAT)

  • Delivery charges apply to orders below £500 (ex VAT)

  • Dispatch timeframe: 2–5 working days

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

2.6 Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All wholesale sales are final except in cases of damaged or defective goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

2.7 Resale Restrictions

Wholesale customers may resell products purchased from Core Trading UK through their own physical retail premises or approved sales channels.

Resale on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, TikTok Shop, or any other third-party online marketplace is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Wholesale customers may not represent themselves as an authorised distributor or agent of Core Trading UK.

2.8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorised marketplace resale

  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general guidance only.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, packaging, or availability without notice.

We may limit quantities supplied to any customer at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

All orders constitute an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

An order is not accepted until payment has been received and confirmed.

We may cancel or amend orders if pricing errors, stock shortages, or inaccuracies occur.

SECTION 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Trading UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of our Services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, branding, and materials on this website remain the property of Core Trading UK or their respective owners.

Use of our content without written permission is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Provide false business information

  • Attempt to bypass minimum order thresholds

  • Engage in unauthorised marketplace resale

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
