These Trade Terms & Conditions apply to all approved wholesale accounts and business customers purchasing from Core Trading UK Ltd.
By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
1. Trade Account Eligibility
Trade accounts are available to registered UK businesses, retailers, salons, spas, and professional trade buyers.
All applications are subject to verification, including validation of business registration and VAT details where applicable.
Core Trading UK Ltd reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any trade account at its discretion.
2. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value applies to all wholesale transactions.
Minimum order requirements will be confirmed upon account approval and may vary depending on product category or supplier conditions.
Orders below the stated minimum may be declined or subject to additional charges.
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate.
Trade pricing is available only to approved wholesale accounts and may be updated without prior notice.
In the event of pricing errors, Core Trading UK Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing prior to order confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:

Payment on account may be available to established customers subject to credit approval.
Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in suspension of trade privileges.
5. Delivery
We provide nationwide UK delivery.
Standard delivery timeframes are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch, subject to stock availability.
Delivery charges may apply depending on order value, weight, and location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return authorization must be obtained prior to returning goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Core Trading UK Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel orders where products become unavailable. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
8. Online & Marketplace Sales
Approved trade customers may resell products through retail premises and online sales channels, including third-party marketplaces.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

Applicable resale regulations
Core Trading UK Ltd accepts no liability for marketplace account suspensions, listing removals, intellectual property disputes, or pricing conflicts between third-party sellers.
Certain brands or product lines may be subject to specific resale guidance, which will be communicated where applicable.
9. Pricing Integrity
Core Trading UK Ltd supplies products at structured wholesale pricing to support sustainable retail margins.
Trade customers are expected to maintain responsible resale pricing that does not materially damage brand positioning or disrupt market stability.
We reserve the right to review trading relationships where resale practices negatively impact supplier or market conditions.
10. Brand Representation
Trade customers must ensure that products are marketed accurately and professionally.
Misrepresentation of brand affiliation, unauthorized claims of official representation, or alteration of packaging is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Core Trading UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the resale or use of supplied products.
Liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
Core Trading UK Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trade account where:

Payment terms are breached

Trade terms are violated

Products are misrepresented

Resale practices significantly damage market stability
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Trade Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued trading with Core Trading UK Ltd constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
